The shares in Adruu B.V. have been acquired by means of a management buy-in. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Adruu
Adruu is an aluminum processing company located in the south of the Netherlands. The company offers services in four areas: Surface treatments, crafting of visible parts, printing, and assembling. Adruu is particularly specialized in anodizing, and the company’s three shifts allow around-the-clock operations. The company has sixty employees, and sells to most large car companies (including Audi, BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche).
