Acquisition B&G Hekwerk by French Picot SASU

100% of the shares in 𝗦𝟰𝗚 𝗕.𝗩. (operating under the name B&G Entrance Control and HW Productie) have been acquired by the French company 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗔𝗦𝗨, known for DIRICKX). Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions has assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

𝗕&𝗚 𝗛𝗲𝗸𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗸 is based in Veldhoven. The company is an innovative producer and installer of fencing and gates, specializing in motorized sliding gates. B&G serves a significant part of the market, from large companies to residential customers. Its main regions are the Netherlands and Belgium. In addition, B&G also exports a large part of its production to Germany and Scandinavia.
