NORRES Group acquired 100% of the shares in Baggerman B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

Baggerman B.V.
Baggerman is a highly recognized specialized manufacturer for industrial hoses, couplings and accessories for almost 70 years, focusing on development, production and sales. The company has branches in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary and Romania, employs 140 people and owns 35 registered trade names. Its product range spans from rubber and thermoplastic hoses for various, also specialized, applications to couplings and other accessories.
