Roompot Recreatie Beheer B.V. (Roompot) acquired the shares in Kleinvink Recreatie B.V. and Thermaalbad Arcen B.V., property of Sint Bonifacius Stichting, independent part of the Roman Catholic Church in the Netherlands. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
The activities of Klein Vink are the operation of a camping, a holiday village, and a thermal spa. The holiday village and camping were characterized by peace and calm. The recreation village was founded over 40 years ago from a Christian ideology.

Roompot Vakanties is Dutch company that manages holiday villages, holiday resorts, and camping sites. Roompot Vakanties was founded in 1965, and has grown to become a company with about 150 bungalow parks, and 23 camping sites. The company also offers holidays internationally, with resorts in Germany, Belgium, France, and Denmark. Roompot is headquartered in Kamperland, in the southwest of the Netherlands.
