Acquisition of Milkshake Festival by ID&T

ID&T acquired the remaining ownership rights of Stichting Paradiso in the Milkshake Festival. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted seller in realizing this transaction.

Paradiso
Paradiso is a stage in a former church on Leidseplein. Paradiso organizes more than 1,000 programs at various locations in Amsterdam, attracting more than 700,000 people every year. Milkshake Festival is an open-minded electronic dance festival, that has made its mark in the heart of Amsterdam. Over the past years, approximately 34,000 attendees have visited the festival, featuring nine stages for both national and international artists and performance artists.
