Energiewacht B.V. (Energiewacht) has acquired several assets and liabilities of Energie Services en Technische Installatie B.V. (Part of Essent N.V.). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Energiewacht Groep has been active as a service provider for heating and warm water devices for many years. The company has over 240 employees and 260000 customers, including both households and businesses. Moreover, the company provides energy consulting services, performs safety inspections, isolates houses, provides safety systems, and improves the ventilation inside homes. Energiewacht is active in the northwest of the Netherlands.

Essent N.V. is a Dutch energy company that produces electricity, gas, and heat and supplies to both private and corporate clients. Essent was founded in 1999 as the result of a merger, and is part of the German RWE since 2009. The company has 3800 werknemers, six power plants, and a number of thermal power plants and solar plants. Essent Service & Techniek was the subsidiary which designed and constructed medium to large boiler installations for e.g. healthcare institutions or municipalities.
