SPIE Nederland B.V. acquired 100% of the shares in in IMI Aero-Dynamiek B.V. Aero-Dynamiek's 65 employees will join SPIE, offering opportunities in the areas of training, further development, knowledge sharing and gathering, and discovering new markets and customers. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the IMI PLC in realizing this transaction.

IMI Aero-Dynamiek
𝗜𝗠𝗜 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼-𝗗𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗲𝗸, as part of IMI PLC, is a company with locations in the Netherlands and Belgium, that contributes to an optimal indoor climate (healthy environment and more sustainable buildings) by adjusting (balancing) and measuring and optimizing (validating) climate installations. Aero-Dynamics generated a turnover of around €6 million in 2022.
