This strategic acquisition strengthens JARO Group's position as a leading player in the market and shapes the objective of becoming a multidisciplinary service provider. Rembrandt M&A advised the sellers in realizing this transaction.

HT INFRA is a versatile civil engineering contractor in ground, road, and waterworks, with approximately 70 employees. The company is headquartered in Nieuwerkerk a/d IJssel and primarily serves adjacent municipalities. The family-owned enterprise holds a strong presence in the region and boasts a rich history, marked by impressive projects in the Greater Rotterdam area.
