The mangement of Fagro Consultancy B.V. (Fagro) has acquired the shares in the company from Altran S.A. (Altran). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the management.

Fagro is a staffing agency for the disciplines of finance and control. The company has about 165 professionals under contract. Fagro also offers consulting services in the disciplines mentioned. Fagro mainly operates in the Southeast of the Netherlands, and also has an office in Düsseldorf (Germany).
