The management acquired the shares in Sunday’s Nederland B.V., with a participation of Holland Venture B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Sunday’s is the largest solar studio franchisors in the Netherlands. There are 66 different studios spread throughout the Netherlands.
