Two investors have acquired a minority interest in Monte Scroppino (Jet Liquids Holding B.V. and Frothy Liquid B.V.). The team from Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisions advised the buyers.


Monte Scroppino
The company has developed esspecially for Monte Scroppino Originale ® (Italian drink vodka, prosecco, lemon cream) a dispenser that works with a unique patented closed system for serving the perfect Scroppino. Monte Scroppino Originale ® comes in a specially designed disposable Bag-in-Box 5 liter. The machines be placed with other cafes and restaurants.
