The shares in Linnaeushof B.V. in Bennebroek, the Netherlands, were acquired by the Spanish Aspro Ocio S.A. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Recreatiepark Linnaeushof is with over 350 playsets and attractions the largest play yard in Europe. With between 250000 to 300000 visitors annually, the park focuses on kids aged 2-12.

The Spanish multinational firm Aspro Ocio exploits 40 indoor and outdoor water parks, aquariums, zoos, and holiday resorts. With the takeover of Neeltje Jans, Aspro Ocio has been active in the Netherlands since 2008. The Aspro Ocio resorts attracts over nine million visitors annually.
