Stichting Meander (Meander) has acquired the shares in Bizzkids Nederland B.V. (Bizzkids). Rembrandt M&A has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Bizzkids was active in child daycare, with three different branches. The company was headquartered in Zwijndrecht, the Netherlands. After the takeover, the company continued under the name Meander Opvang.

Meander is an organization which takes care of children whose parents are in an occupation which involves a lot of traveling (e.g. boatmen or people involved in a fair). The organization has 12 branches, spread throughout the Netherlands.
