Acquisition of MuConsult by Nimbus

Transaction
Nimbus, the shareholder of Panteia, acquired 100% of the shares in MuConsult B.V. with the aim of realising a strategic cooperation between Panteia and MuConsult. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

MuConsult
MuConsult was founded in 1990 by Henk Meurs and is a specialized research and advisory agency focused on the areas of passenger transport, mobility and traffic. Clients of the company include the Dutch government, local governments and public knowledge authorities. MuConsult has 23 employees and is located in Amersfoort.

Panteia
