Buy-out between shareholders at Kempers Watersport

Bart Kempers, 50% shareholder of Nautico Holland B.V. (Kempers Watersport), acquired the 50% share of his brother Joost Kempers in Nautico Holland B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the buying shareholder in realizing and financing this transaction.

Kempers Watersport
Kempers Watersport is a full-service water sports company in Aalsmeer. The company is active in the sale of boats, both new and used, and accessories, (winter) storage, maintenance and the rental of boats. The company also has a marina with 500 berths.
