Nautico Holland B.V. (Kempers Watersport) has acquired the shares in E.W. Driessen B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

Parties
Kempers Watersport comprises two marinas, both located near Aalsmeer, the Netherlands. A large variety in complementary services is provided, including maintenance services, insurance, and the sale of new boats. Further, in the marinas restaurants and shops can be found.

Driessen is a boat company, and a dealer of the brands Boston Whaler and Sea Ray. Currently, the boat shop is a fully integrated part of Kempers Watersport.
