Acquisition of Hulpmiddelencentrum Friesland by JenS

JenS Beenhakker Beheer B.V. acquired 100% of the shares in Hulpmiddelencentrum Friesland B.V., Lammert de Vries Revalidatie Techniek B.V., Revatech Jissink B.V. and Groene Kruis Winkel B.V. from Stichting KwadrantGroep, located in Drachten. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the buyer in realizing this transaction.

Parties
The four companies are active in rehabilitation technology and medical equipment for mobility and comfort by inter alia leasing and selling wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Clients are mainly health insurance companies and local governments involved in Dutch Health Insurance Acts. The four companies jointly employ a staff of approximately 150 and have 44 servicepoints in the Northern areas of the Netherlands.
