Distributiecentrum Nic Oud B.V. (Nic Oud) has acquired all activities of IT4DM and the shares in Favourite Mail B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

Favourite Mail is a company specialized in printing, personalization, data management, project coordination, fulfillment and return- and response processing. The company was founded in 2001 and is located in Alkmaar, the Netherlands. Because of the joining of Favourite Mail to Nic Oud, the company can futher utilize its expertise in the field of printing.

Nic Oud is the market leader in packaging and sending mailings and magazines, and postage brokerage. What started in 1978 in Alkmaar with the sending of travel guides to travel agencies has grown to become an all-round direct mailing company with over 168 employees. Since 2007, the company also provides e-fulfillment services to over 90 online stores. These services are executed in an automated fulfilment warehouse, and comprise storage, inventory management, and the sending of online store orders. Also online store management, distribution of point of sale materials and display materials are part of the services offered.
