Toppot B.V. (owner of Boomerang Media and other firms) has acquired the shares in Bizon Media Holding B.V. (Bizon Media). Rembrandt M&A has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Bizon Media Groep is active in outdoor advertising. The company offers advertising in A0 frames, on glass containers, on advertising columns, and triangular signs.

Boomerang Unlimited is a Dutch media company with several subsidiaries. The company was founded in 1993, and started by selling card racks. Currently, Boomerang has several subsidiaries in the area of media and advertising. These include a content supplier, a radio station, and an outside advertising company.
