Acquisition of BB&L Autoverhuur by Spuigroep

Spuigroup B.V. has acquired 100% of the shares in BB&L Autoverhuur B.V. (BB&L Car Rental). The team of Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing the sale of his company.

Parties
The Spuigroup leases out, amongst other, cars and light trucks through franchising concepts with the labels Europcar, National and Alamo. In addition, the Spuigroup operates in the field of (longer-term) leasing and operating fuelstations.

BB&L Car Rental provides a speedy and convenient way to rent a car at Schiphol Airport. After arriving at the airport, the customer is picked up in the arrivals hall and excorted directly to the rental car by one of the employees of BB&L Car Rental. The rental car has already been driven in front of the airport and the customer can immediately hit the road. When returning to Schiphol, the car can be left in front of the departure halls.
