The shares in Paul van den Hout B.V. (Desque) have been acquired by means of a management buy-out. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Desque
Desque is an independent project-based interior designer, with presence in two Dutch cities. The company acts as a director in the entire interior design process. It performs all activities ranging from advice to creation, and from realization to management. Desque has the focus areas of ‘working differently, ‘sustainable interiors’, and ‘fitting identity’.
