Inversco Holding B.V. (Inversco) acquired – in cooperation with Gilde Investment – the shares in Koelvers Groep & Medirest Amsterdam B.V. (part of Compass Group Nederland B.V.). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Inversco is a food wholesale, specialized in supplying fresh and semi-fresh products for large clients, large hotels and restaurants, and national chains. Inversco has its own meat processing and vegetable businesses. The company has three branches and over 400 employees. Inversco is currently part of Sligro.

Koelvers Groep and Medirest Amsterdam is active in the manufacturing of convenience food products like pre-cooked and ready-made meals supplying the institutional market in the Netherlands. The acquisition will further strengthen Inversco’s leading position supplying convenience products to caterers, hospitality outlets and institutional clients.
