The shares in Smart Group have been acquired by Vedior. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Smart Group is a consulting company specialized in organizational development and organizational change. Smart Group advices mid-size and large enterprises on vision and strategy development, reorganization (including mobility trajectories), and on 'conversion plans' for businesses.

Vedior was a Dutch staffing agency that is currently part of the publicly listed Randstad. Vedior used to offer a full range of staffing services, and was active in 43 countries globally.
