Ingenieursbureau Oranjewoud B.V. (Oranjewoud) has acquired the shares in Dhons B.V. (Des Corps). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Des Corps is a staffing company for technical personnel, with over 20 years of experience. Des Corps has three branches in the Netherlands. The company distinguishes itself by focusing on experienced workers. Post-takeover, the company has continued as a part of Interstep, a part of Oranjewoud that also specializes on recruiting technical staff.
