Elincom Beheer B.V. acquired 100% of the shares in E.E.M.C. (Electronische, Electromechanische Componenten) B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realizing this transaction.

EEMCCOIMEX
Founded in 1977, EEMCCOIMEX is a specialized technical distributor of components and materials for EMC shielding, thermal interface materials, EMC test and measurement equipment and analysis software for the calculation of electromagnetic fields. The company has three employees. The components find their way to manufacturers of electronics equipment, high-tech machines, particularly within the field of space and defence applications.

Elincom electronics was founded in 1975 and is a specialized distributor of components and systems for industrial electronics, industrial automation and LED lighting. Elincom has 15 employees and serves over 800 customers throughout the Benelux.
