USG People N.V. acquired the shares in Utrechtse Juristen Groep B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Utrechtse Juristen Groep was a legal firm with highly experienced lawyers (at least eight years’ experience), and was founded in 1993. From 1995 onwards, UJG starts focusing on corporate law, and in 2002 it starts completing larger projects (25 FTE and larger). Currently, Utrechtse Juristen Groep is operating under the name USG Legal.
