Pon Oil & Gas B.V. (Pon) has acquired the shares in Fischcon Trading & Engineering B.V. Rembrandt M&A has acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller.

Parties
Fischcon was founded end of 1981 and is a turnkey supplier of power production units and especially marine, onshore and offshore firefighting projects. The company is a worldwide supplier of (portable) firefighting sets and installations in the marine and onshore and offshore industries. More than 500 units of the so-called "Hell Beater" type have been delivered worldwide. Meanwhile Fischcon is providing engineering of hydraulic power packs, fire pumps, compressor sets, special land firefighting, firefighting trucks, marine generator sets and containerized generator sets.

Pon Oil & Gas is part of Pon Holdings, an international trading company mainly focused on the automotive market and the market for power systems and construction equipment. Pon Oil & Gas contains the division of Pon that sells Caterpillar equipment. With the takeover, Pon has become one of the largest sellers of (marine) generators.
