The shareholders of family-owned business Den Breejen Shipyard have transferred 100% of their shares to CCD (CCM3). As part of the overall transaction, a number of plots located on and around the shipyard site will be sold separately. Rembrandt M&A advised the sellers in completing this transaction. As part of the transaction, the organisation will be restructured. Part of the real estate and the turning workshop will be carved out, while the operational shipbuilding activities will continue in full.
