Seinpost Adviesbureau B.V. (part of Radar Groep) has acquired the shares in ZKA Consultants & Planners B.V. (ZKA). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the sellers.

The company performs market analyses, creates strategic and policy studies, and takes the lead in the creation of land policy and business concepts. ZKA is mainly active in the real estate development projects. The company works both for businesses and for the public sector.
