USG People N.V. (USG People) has acquired 100% of the shares in Control Finance B.V. (Control). Rembrandt M&A has acted as the financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
Control is an important player in the market for the recruitment of financial professionals for Dutch corporate clients. Control was actively involved with the Dutch ice-skating sports, and has been a sponsor of the Control ice-skating team.
