The Rabobank has acquired a majority share in The Sustainables B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the sellers in realizing this transaction.

The Sustainables
The Sustainables develops smart software platforms (such as advice and quotation tools) in the field of making homes more sustainable for among others energy companies, financial service providers, installers and CV manufacturers. Residential owners can use the platforms to easily request advice and quotations to make their homes more sustainable.
