Instituut Westvoorne Collectief B.V. (Instituut Westvoorne) has acquired the shares in Stebo Beheer B.V. (Stebo). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the buyer.

Currently, Stebo has been fully integrated into Winford, a large private educational organization with two other branches in addition to the former Stebo locations.
