Chemische Fabrik Budenheim KG has acquired 100% of the shares in QolorTech B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

QolorTech
QolorTech is a Dutch masterbatch producer. Masterbatches are solid additives that are used for coloring plastics or imparting other properties to plastics. Examples include porosity, gloss or UV stabilizers.
