Acquisition of Mecal by VADO and Management Buy-Out

The CEO of Mecal B.V. and VADO acquired 100% of the shares in the Mecal High-Tech division trough a Management Buy-Out. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers and the CEO in realizing this transaction.

Mecal
Mecal is a Dutch engineering company consisting of two divisions that focus on Wind Turbines and the High-Tech industry. Mecal High-Tech is specialised in controlling critical conditions in semiconductor production environments. The company provides engineering and prototyping services. Its solutions are among other related to cancelling vibrations and optimizing the flow fluids in the semiconductor production process.
