W. Schat Holding B.V. acquired 100% of the shares in Jos Visser Car Specials B.V. and R.J. Visser Karrosserie B.V., together known as Jos Visser Karrosserie. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realising this transaction.

Jos Visser Karrosserie, located in Drachten, constructs large, medium sized and small bodywork. The company provides tailor made solutions to mobile libraries and offices, moving trucks, police vehicles, ambulances, tipper trucks, hearses, wheelchair cabins and more.
