Acquisition of I.T.M. Holding by Convent Capital Management

The shareholders of I.T.M. Holding B.V. sold a majority of their shares to Convent Capital, a private equity firm. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realising this transaction.

ITM and TLC
ITM and TLC apply laser- and watercutting technologies to cut metal sheets and tubes. The companies also offer ancillary processes such as edging, milling, drilling and tapping. Customers include various types of clients in a wide range of industries, such as agricultural and horticultural machines, engineering and machinery.
