Copaco Nederland B.V. (Copaco) acquired the activities of European Telecom B.V. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Parties
European Telecom was founded in 1994, and is a distributor of GSM-related products. The company distinguished itself with its additional services and creative (sales) concepts. At the time of the sale, the company had around 20 employees, and was located in Capelle aan de IJssel.

Copaco sells computers, printers, networks, data storage, mobile phones, software, industrial electronics, and consumer electronics. Moreover, a wide portfolio of services is offered in the field of servers, storage, mobility, logistical fulfilment, and cloud services. The company has around 350 employees.
