Vicoma Beheer B.V. (Vicoma) has acquired the shares in Educo, Technisch Handels- en Adviesbureau B.V. (Educo). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

Educo is an all-round mechanical engineering and steel engineering agency. The company has been active for over 40 years in designing, calculating, and drawing, of static and dynamic installations. Educo is headquartered in IJmuiden, the Netherlands. The company is a key supplier to the Tata Steel plant which is also located in IJmuiden.
