Neenah Paper, Inc. acquired 100% of the shares in W.A. Sanders Coldenhove Holding B.V. (Coldenhove Papier). Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the sellers in realizing this transaction.

Coldenhove Papier
Since the start of paper production at the current site of Coldenhove Papier, the company developed itself to an international specialist paper producer of high quality paper for specific high-end applications. During the last 20 years, Coldenhove has focused on the digital industrial printing (on textiles) market with the development of sublimation transfer paper (DTP). Within this market, Coldenhove Papier has gained a leading international position with a broad range of high quality sublimation transfer papers. Furthermore, the company offers other specialty papers such as medical sterilization papers. The company had a production location in Eerbeek at which around 120 employees are currently working.
