Child care provider Op Stoom has acquired the assets and activities of Brood & Spelen location ‘De Greiner’ in Haarlem from Brood & Spelen Kinderopvang. With this acquisition, Op Stoom strengthens its position in the area around Haarlem. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the buyer in realizing this transaction.
