Reynolds & Reynolds Company Inc. (Reynolds) has acquired the shares in Bogaarts Automatisering B.V. (Bogaarts). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

The company merged with the existing UCS companies in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, and currently forms a fully integrated part of Reynolds & Reynolds.

Reynolds is a supplier of software packages for automotive companies in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. The company is listed, and headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. The company has 4300 employees worldwide.
