The management has acquired the shares in Axelion Group B.V. (Axelion) and Digital Printing Partners Utrecht (DPP Utrecht). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller.

DPP is a specialized digital printing company. The company delivers custom solutions, starting at the first idea and ending at the final delivery. DPP Utrecht has 22 employees, and was founded in 1998.
