Karmijn Kapitaal acquired a majority of the shares in Business Art Service Nederland B.V. (Kunst.nl). Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions assisted the seller in realising this transaction.

Kunst.nl Business Art Service Nederland B.V., better known as Kunst.nl, is the leading Dutch provider in leasing art to companies and institutions in the Netherlands. The company also operates in Belgium.

Kunst.nl supplies over 2.000 customers with a full service formula from a collection of over 40.000 art works. Kunst.nl is also active in the sale of art works to companies and individuals. Following the investment of Karmijn Kapitaal, the company expects to achieve further growth in the coming years, both organically and through acquisitions.
