Eric Goos took over the company in 2006 from its founder (Rembrandt M&A advised on this transaction as well). In 2022, both Mitchell Roovers and Bas Valk already acquired a minority stake (also this transaction was advised by Rembrandt M&A) With this step, Bouwbedrijf Gelens is entering a new phase.
