Management Buy-Out of construction company Bouwbedrijf Gelens

Transaction
Mitchell Roovers and Bas Valk, both project leaders and minority shareholders at Bouwbedrijf Gelens B.V., have acquired the remaining shares from Eric Goos. Rembrandt M&A advised the seller in completing this transaction.

Bouwbedrijf Gelens
Bouwbedrijf Gelens is a well-known construction company in Etten-Leur and the surrounding area, specializing in commercial building, residential construction, renovation, and maintenance. Eric Goos took over the company in 2006 from its founder (Rembrandt M&A advised on this transaction as well). In 2022, both Mitchell Roovers and Bas Valk already acquired a minority stake (also this transaction was advised by Rembrandt M&A) With this step, Bouwbedrijf Gelens is entering a new phase.
