The shares in Waboplast B.V. (Waboplast) have been acquired by means of a management buy-out. Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of both the seller and the management.

Waboplast supplies to the electrotechnical, galvano, chemical, packaging and photographical industries.
