Mr. Endema acquired 100% of the shares in Van de Bunt Isolatietechniek B.V. and Van de Bunt Duurzame Energie B.V. through a Management Buy-Out. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions advised the seller in realizing this transaction.

Van de Bunt insulates walls, crawl spaces, floors and roofs for homeowners, construction companies and housing corporations. Van de Bunt insulates approximately 4,000 homes per year. Mr. Endema has been working within the company for many years.
