Management Buy-Out at Teamplast B.V.

The three directors of Teamplast B.V. have acquired complete ownership of the firm. Before the MBO, the directors owned 48% of the shares. The Rembrandt M&A team acted as the sole financial advisor of the buyers.

Teamplast
Teamplast develops and produces top of the line packaging solutions for the European market. These packaging solutions consist mainly of closures and dosing solutions. Teamplast’s packaging is produced by means of injection molding, and is custom designed for each customer.
