Logic Move B.V. (Logic Move) has acquired half of the assets of Logitech Plus B.V. (Logitech Plus). Rembrandt M&A acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the seller. Moreover, Rembrandt has arranged financing for the buyer.

Parties
Logitech Plus sells dosing machines for bales of loam, mixing installations, and machines for the loosening of compressed coir blocks. The company also fulfils the maintenance of these machines. Further, the company sells used machines in addition to new ones. The main group of customers is formed by companies active in horticulture. Logitech Plus is headquartered in Hazerswoude-Rijndijk, the Netherlands.

Logic Move B.V. was the holding company of Vertegaal Machinebouw. The company supplies soilbreakers, bag loaders, concrete mills, and mixing lines. Also, Vertegaal sells winches and capstans. The company was founded about 60 years ago by Huub Vertegaal.
