NewPort Capital B.V. has acquired a majority of the shares in Bliston Holding B.V. Rembrandt Mergers & Acquisitions acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the sellers.

Bliston
Bliston produces and sells thermoform plastic packaging solutions for different market segments such as fruit and vegetables, protein, bakery and non-food. In its production facilities in Nijkerk and Lelystad, Bliston produces custom-made packaging solutions in many different shapes and sizes. The sellers remain active for the company both as shareholders and operationally.
